Next up is New-York native company Glow Recipe seeking $425,000 for 10 percent equity.
Their Natural Korean beauty line includes products like mists, serums and sheet masks. They curate and distribute the products. They are projected to make $1 million by the end of the year.
As they describe, they don’t just curate, but also educate through their thorough online product descriptions and usage directions, as well as their YouTube videos, which have amassed over 200,000 views.
Neither Kevin O’Leary nor Barabara Corcoran like their valuation, however. They make offers for 50 percent and 40 percent, respectively.
Robert Herjavec sees the potential in the two of them and offers $425,000 for 30 percent. Lori Greiner, cosmetics queen, doesn’t see it as investable so goes out.
They then seek out Mark Cuban for his digital experience, to which he says he just doesn’t know enough. He goes out.
They counter Herjavec for 18 percent, to which he counters 25 percent. Then they counter back at him for 22.5 percent. They want Herjavec and Cuban together, but Herjavec wants to do it solo for 25 percent.
Ultimately, they accept his offer.
Final deal: Robert Herjavec for $425,000 for 25 percent.
